Pre Sale Questions
At Velets, we offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
We typically process and dispatch all orders within 2 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. During peak or promotional seasons, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@velets.com with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or repair the item promptly.
