Awesome bed, easy to build. I’ve had it for about 8 months now, no complaints
Fairly straight forward to put together. On the instruction sheets, you can scan a QR code which takes you to a video that gives a great overview of the pieces you'll be putting together. It took 2 of us a few hours to put together but relatively simple and the storage capacity is absolutely awesome! It's very easy to lift/lower and we've decided on using the storage for rarely used items like luggage, travel items, seasonal clothing, and so much more. We chose this particular bed because the height was a little higher than some of the others (saw one as low as 8" tall) but if we were going to be taking up the footprint anyway, then we wanted to maximize the height and this one is perfect. The price is very reasonable and when the IKEA.ca Malm hydraulic storage bed was discontinued in Canada, we came to online store to try and find something and this one ended up costing much less than the discontinued IKEA one even though it's far more luxurious looking. Very happy and highly recommend it.
Très bon service après-vente. On a reçu la table avec une pièce défectueuse, mais en communicant directement (adresse mail) avec eux, la suite fut exemplaire. Évidemment il y a quelques petits délais mais le service est continue et courtois.
I bought a table in October but my move was delayed. I did not open the box till this week and it ended up missing pieces. I called and there was no issue exchanging it. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be going back for more
Bought this to have easy access storage under the bed. However, the hydraulic lift doesn't work and after numerous attempts to contact company and their assurance they would send a new hydraulic lift, nothing has happened. I am, therefore, not able to raise the bed. So I would recommend you look for a company that has a record of customer service.
Bought a King bed frame and it is amazing. Exactly as described and high quality. Communication was excellent and I would recommend to friends and family.
I was able to assemble it by myself. It is a great piece of furniture
